All Members of The Scottish Guild of Removers are also Members of The Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme. That means they have to meet The Scheme’s inspection criteria and inspections are carried out by a Scheme accredited inspector.
In the highly unlikely event that you have a dispute with a Scottish Guild of Removers Member, that hasn’t been settled to your satisfaction, you may refer it to The Removals Industry Ombudsman who is totally independent. The Ombudsman will then look at the evidence and provide a Determination that is binding on the remover.
